Berbagai cara untuk menghilangkan rasa sakit gigi yang berkepanjangan



1. Cobalah untuk berkumur terlebih dahulu dengan obat kumur antiseptic, hal ini dilakukan untuk membunuh bakteri-bakteri dimulut.

2. Atau Anda juga bisa membuat teh kental tanpa gula untuk berkumur-kumur.

3. Gunakan obat penghilang rasa sakit

4. Cobalah Menggigit Es batu yang sangat dingin pada bagian gigi yang sakit

5. kalau dari cara tersebut masih saja dirasa kurang efektif coblah berkumur dengan solar atau bensin kurang lebih 5 menit tujuannya untuk membunuh kuman yang berada dalam gigi yang sedang sakit


Catatan


Salah satuh cara yang ampuh yang dapat menghilangkan rasa sakit gigi secara permanen yaitu dengan cara melepas gigi tersebut pada saat gigi tersebut telah sembuh dari rasa sakit, jangan sampai melepas gigi pada saat sakit karena dapat berakibat fatal.


Tapi dari pada mengobati penyakit kan lebih baik mencegah penyakit tersebut ..


Berikut adalah cara mencegah akan terjadinya sakit gigi yang berkepanjangan antara lain adalah :


1. usahakan sikat gigi 3x setiap hari

2. jangan makan makanan yang mengandung rasa manis yang berlebihan

3. usahakan sikat gigi sebelum tidur untuk mencegah berkembangnya kuman dan bakteri selama 7-8 jam proses kita tidur .

4. peringatan jangan makan makanan yang panas dan minum minuman yang dingin untuk mencegah gigi ngiluh

Tips Melatih dan Merawat Burung Merpati Balap



Masing2 orang punya caranya tersendiri. Yang bisa saya share mungkin hanya dasar2 pokoknya saja.

Latihan :
Dibagi menjadi 3 bagian.
Latihan awal (piyik), latihan intermediate, dan latih tahap akhir (mempersiapkan lomba).

Untuk latih piyik, point terpenting adalah :
- Pengenalan seragam dan geberan
- Pengenalan dan adaptasi suasana lapangan
- Latihan terbang lurus langsung start melejit menuju geberan
- Latihan mendarat/tembak dgn tepat pada geberan.
Latihan piyik dilakukan berulang2 dari jarak sangat dekat dan sedikit2 ditambah jarak sampai piyik benar2 hapal seragam, adaptasi lapangan, terbang dgn lurus dan mendarat dgn tepat. Dilakukan 2-4 giringan dgn target jarak = max. 200mtr dalam 3-4 giringan.

Usahakan jangan digandeng atau 'tersambar' burung lain. Geber dgn cara jongkok, geberan di tatak ditanah, tepat di depan joki.

Latihan intermediate :
Bila latihan piyik sudah 'lulus'. Maka dilanjutkan dgn tahap intermediate. Fokusnya adlh
- pembentukan otot,
- memantapkan jalur terbang (lurus, tidak melenceng kesamping)
- Mengasah mental dgn sesama burung muda.
Jarak lepas bisa ditambah sedikit drastis. Bisa tambah tiap 50mtr, atau 100mtr, tergantung kecerdasan burung. Harap diperhatikan jalur terbang harus lurus, tidak melenceng ke samping. bila jalur melebar kesamping, jarak lepas dikurangi utk kembali pada titik sebelumnya.

Dgn bertambah jarak, otomatis burung berlatih stamina. Ototnya akan terbentuk. Porsi latihan harus sesuai. Tidak berlebihan. Sekali2 kegandeng musuh tdk apa2. Supaya membiasakan diri dan mengasah mental.
Lama latihan = 4-5 giringan dgn target jarak s/d 1000mtr.

Latihan akhir
Fokus utamanya adalah :
- Meningkatkan staminanya.
- Mengasah mental.
- Menyempurnakan jalur terbang.


Dengan 'menggojlok' burung pada lepasan yg jauh (1000mtr), stamina akan terbentuk. Burung terbiasa utk terbang sampai 7-8X non stop.
Silakan untuk dicoba gandeng dgn burung lain utk uji coba. Gandeng dimulai dari jarak 500mtr, dan terus berlanjut sampai 1000mtr.

Dgn dicoba gandeng, maka mental burung akan terasah. Jalur terbang akan lebih sempurna. Nanti akan terasah kemampuan methil, sprint, pepet musuh, dll. Kalau semua ini sudah terlihat dgn stabil, maka burung siap dilombakan.


Lama latihan = 2 giringan.

Perawatan :
Prinsipnya adalah :
- Nutrisi dan gizi yg seimbang.
- Pemulihan kondisi tubuh setelah latihan.
- Mempersiapkan kondisi sebelum latihan.

Setelah latihan, burung harus diberikan suplement supaya kondisi badan yg pegal2 bisa hilang.
Ketika bertelur dan mengeram, harus dipastikan burung istirahat dgn cukup supaya kondisinya pulih kembali.
Setelah cabut telur, burung harus siap secara fisik. Kondisi harus terus dikontrol dan dipastikan tidak ada masalah. Giring harus bagus. Betina harus sehat, dll.


Makanan Merpati


Agar burung dara terbang dengan bagus harus diberi makanan yang sehat berupa campuran 1 kg beras merah : 1 kg ketan hitam : 1 kg bekatul : 1 kg kacang hijau : 3 kg jagung hibrida

jangan diberi gabah , itu tidak baik membuat burung kurang semangat

untuk minuman dicampur dengan vitamin ayam misal neobro buatan medion letakkan ditempat yang teduh jangan terkena panas matahari , cuci tempat minum nya sehari 1 x

kandang buatkan yang agak besar dengan lubang ventilasi agar dalamnya tidak banyak kutunya , usahakan kandang dapat dibuka keatas sehingga mudah dibersihkan setiap hari , usahakan selalu disemprot dengan desinfektan agar kandang dan burung merpati bebas dari virus h5n1

bila burung hendak membuat sarang sediakan jerami bersih yang telah kita cuci dengan desinfektan lalu kita jemur hingga kering potong kecil-2 sekitar 15 cm.
